The art of
		Alistair I.W. Campbell

Untitled

I can't remember a time when I wasn't fascinated by the various styles of Art. I have many fond memories of getting a book out of the library while on holiday, or anytime really - at home or at school, and just soaking up a particular style I had come across, and then trying my hand. This process started when I was around 12 or 13. Nobody encouraged me, I just had the desire. I would have done it if I'd been the only person in the world, had there still been libraries with Art books, or deserted bookshops.

The effect of discovering Cubism and Surrealism, caused a profound shift in my perception that has always remained with me. In this gallery is a selection of countless of studies I was engaged in. While this gallery doesn't include some of my best works it shows an important step in my learning processes.
